I started my career in recruitment as a trainee back in February 2003 and have worked in many different recruitment markets. Although my passion and strength is recruitment of developers. Having worked at one of the most decorated recruitment agencies in the world I grew from a top billing consultant through to permanent division manager of the Netherlands business. I began recruiting independently in September 2009 and have grown a superb client & candidate database.
