You are ready to take the next career step in 2014?

Work in an agile team on complex projects, while automatizing the routine work in order to spend most of your day with the really interesting problems. Technology of choice is Javascript and any MVC framework you think is most suitable. If no technology really fits, feel free to write raw code.
